Happy New Goals!

The changing of the calendar brings our year and for many of us, our goals, anew.

Whether it is personal life goals to achieve happiness, work goals to secure financial freedom or making 2019 the year to accomplish those ever lurking health and fitness goals, many of us have taken the time to reflect on what they would like 2019 to be like. If you haven't, you should.

Goal setting is a time-honored tradition that helps give us some things to focus on. Life is distracting, 2019 will be very distracting as we enter another heated election cycle.  Take the time to reflect while we have the reprieve of winter slumber. If one of those goals touches real estate, I am here to help.

How I Drop 20lbs Every January
Those that know me well, know all about the cleanse I do every January. I generally can't shut up about it because of the wild benefits I get from it. Not only do I sleep better during this month-long diet, but I feel better, digest better and drop some serious weight. I usually drop 15-20lbs in the month (down 5 already). It happens more often then I want to admit. A new homebuyer reached out to start the process. They open up and share their needs, wants, desires and fears. We take the plunge to start looking at homes, we look at more, and then more. We finally find one they love and then the bad news hits. 

The felt their Pre-Approval status was a sure thing, but it wasn't. The process to get the pre-approval done correctly takes a few days and that house they loved is now owned by another couple.

Loft In The Heart Of The DTLA Resurgence 

Downtown Los Angeles has been seeing a massive resurgence over the past ten years.  Skyscrapers dot the landscape as some 80+ new residential and commercial construction projects take place. With the 2028 Olympics taking place nearby, this area is prime for increases in value.  This historic loft in the 1910 Rowan Building on Spring St is a perfect example. 1,000Sf 1 bed 2 bath with 14 ft brick lined ceilings. How I Entertain Myself Driving 200 miles Daily
Realtors are not a stagnant type, at least not ones that want to stay in business for a long time. I easily rack up 500 miles of driving a week, sometimes there are 200 mile days. With so much seat time, I quickly bored with Pandora and my iTunes archive.  Enter Podcasts. So many great shows, so great, there are times I don't want to get out of the car.
