Super Sneak Peak- New Condo's Coming to Pasadena
I got a chance to be the first agent on the ground at a new condo development right here in town.
Still several weeks from appearing on the MLS or sales sites liek Zillow or Realtor.com, this development is still in the construction phase.
The development is from a prominent builder that has done highly successful projects here in Pasadena. Build quality and finishes look exceptional.
There will be 21 total units. All units are either one or two-bedroom units. The one-bedroom units will range in size from 706 Square Feet to 868 Square feet. The two-bedroom units will range in size from 948 Square feet to 1,250 Square feet. All units are single story but you could but a stack of two units to make a townhouse.
All units include two side by side parking spaces and prices are still to be set. I am told that pricing for one bedroom units will start in the high $500's and two bedroom units in the high $700's. HOA prices are still to be established but will be competitive with local rates.
While sales of these condos will not be promoted to the general consumer until late April, I am able to get qualified buyers into the project before then for private tours and early reservations.
None of the units have been spoken for yet/ Six units will release in first phase in June.
At this time, I can not share the location publicly, but I can take you there. The development is conveinetly located to the Huntington Hospital.
